Hi, I am Rachel.
I am Rachel Lim, a senior marketing director with Harbourline Realty Pte Ltd. For eleven years I have helped more than 400 families and investors buy, sell, rent and upgrade.
Before real estate I spent six years as a relationship manager in private banking. That shaped how I work: every recommendation comes with the numbers behind it, including the ones that argue against buying.
I specialise in HDB-to-private upgrading, new launches in the city fringe, and helping first-time investors understand the trade-offs between residential, commercial and industrial property.
Outside work, you will find me cycling the Park Connector Network with my two kids, or testing hawker centres near the next launch.
